I'd honestly give the Marq a x/x rating. I'one thousand going to list some of my favorite things almost it below. 1. The staff is ...
super friendly, they make an effort to know your name and are always happy to help with any problem 2. Super secure, there's a night baby-sit, gated parking, and central fob required entry so you can't go anywhere in the building without one. three. The amenities are cracking, gym is super nice, library is dandy for printing, the pool is dainty and cleaned well-nigh weekly, and valet trash is free and comes daily 4. Garage parking and access on every flooring and so moving in was a cakewalk and I don't accept to walk far to get to my machine 5. Super tranquility community, no bug with noise at all vi. Insulated hallways to proceed your electric bill from going up 7. No bugs, the flat complex is super make clean and I've never seen then much as an ant 8. Shut to downtown and walking distance from a lot of great bars and restaurants I would recommend this place to anyone who asks. I take had nothing just great experiences here!

nighttime life. Maintenance is fast and friendly. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. My favorite flat by far.
